NewBridge Services is offering two free programs designed for older adults’ healthy aging.
Get Connected! Get Moving! is a three-session workshop available to organizations and communities. Participants will learn about:
The program also features a session of NewBridge’s Bodies in Motion!, a class that teaches older adults how to ease tension and pain through music and movement. No experience is necessary, and any level of ability can participate.
NewBridge can offer Get Connected! Get Moving! free to communities and organizations thanks to a grant from the New Jersey Department of Human Services.

Older adults can sign up for a free, six-week virtual session of Bodies in Motion! beginning Thursday, Feb. 2. Bodies in Motion is geared toward adults ages 60+, caregivers, and those living with chronic pain. Hourlong sessions run on Thursdays at 1 p.m., through March 9.
