NewBridge hosted a staff appreciation luncheon last month honoring 20 employees who reached milestones in their careers, including two members of the nonprofit’s leadership team.
“Throughout the year, they demonstrated their sense of purpose and mission, dedicating themselves to bringing the best possible services to individuals and families who rely on NewBridge,” CEO Michelle Borden said. The luncheon was held at The Club at Picatinny in Rockaway Township.
The 60 attendees of the staff appreciation luncheon enjoyed a short session of NewBridge’s Bodies in Motion movement-to-music program and shared client and program success stories. Executive Director of Counseling Services Victoria Ferlauto was recognized for her 35 years with NewBridge and Chief Administration Officer David Lacouture for his 30 years.
Ferlauto and Quality Management Coordinator Nora Hafaby were presented with capes and wands for their heroic work in rolling out the new electronic health records system, Borden said. Staff also met the new chief financial officer, Marc Mackin, and advanced practice nurse Fredda Jackson.
