Position Title: Assistant Property Manager – Full Time, 35 hrs/week
Summary: Non-profit agency seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the management of a growing residential affordable housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience preparing leases and conforming tenant income eligibility, have competency with Word and Excel, and be comfortable working with individuals with special needs in their homes.
Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience of affordable housing with tenant income certification. Experience with special needs populations preferred, Must have the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals, and experience with Word and Excel. Effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task required.
