Development Director (Pompton Plains, NJ)

Title: Development Director

Responsible to: CEO

Responsibilities: Oversee external and internal special events. Supervise the planning, publicizing, project management and event execution for NewBridge’s annual Gala and Golf Outing. Supervise marketing/communications initiatives (newsletters, community outreach, social media, etc.). Supervise staff writer and videographer and serve as internal webmaster on the implementation of plan. Oversee donor development, identify private donor targets, cultivate relationships, raise awareness of NewBridge Services, and implement a comprehensive donor solicitation plan. Staff administrator of the NewBridge Fund, Inc. including educating and training volunteers and board members in cultivation, fundraising, and prospecting.

Qualifications: Preferred BA or BS in related field. Required 3-5 years of experience with non-profit fundraising, marketing, and events. Required familiarity with non-profit board interactions and CMS platforms.
