NewBridge brings balance to people’s lives through
counseling, housing and education.

NewBridge will be valued by the community
as the preferred trusted partner in strengthening
individual and family lives.

Counseling Services

We’re all human, and when life offers up the kind of obstacles or setbacks that make us behave like we’re not ourselves, we can feel most alone. Anxiety, depression, stress, and uncontrolled anger are more than just “everyday” problems, and when left unaddressed can cause lasting harm to ourselves and people around us.

Addiction Services

When you take that first step to connect with the NewBridge network, you’ll work with our professional staff toward a common goal: a healthier, happier life. We offer a comprehensive program for the treatment of substance abuse and addictions — including evaluation, psycho-educational groups, counseling and referrals.

Youth Services

NewBridge offers a variety of life-enriching educational and counseling programs for preschool-aged children through young adults that empower them to make the right decisions in life, in areas such as: resolving conflict, developing life skills, stress management, healthy living, career counseling, and State of New Jersey High School Diploma preparation and job placement.

Our Impact

“NewBridge Services, Inc. has been bringing balance to people’s lives since 1963. The community nonprofit serves more than 8,000 children, adults and seniors a year through counseling, housing, and education. “

NewBridge Jobs Plus Graduate Anthony Justo: NewBridge Helped Me Start a New Chapter

  • As a teenage skateboarder, Anthony Justo miraculously survived being hit by a car. But the traumatic experience led him to behave recklessly rather than to treasure his life. He began using drugs and then stealing to support his habit. After committing a robbery in 2012, the only thing that stood between Justo and state prison was the victim, a chaplain who asked a judge to send Justo to drug court instead. That program — along with Justo’s faith in God — helped save his life, he said.
The Parsippany resident is driven to help others. As a certified peer recovery specialist, Justo helps people who overdose on opioids, while also pursuing a career in social work. He works full-time at a restaurant and is studying to become a personal trainer.
