Students who drop out of high school can face lifelong ramifications. Without a high school education, it’s hard to get good-paying jobs or find a satisfying career path.
NewBridge Jobs Plus offers teens and young adults options after dropping out of high school.
The education, jobs and counseling program has helped more than 1,000 teenagers and young adults create opportunities and become successful.
Created in 1983, NewBridge Jobs Plus is the longest-running alternative program of its kind in Morris County. NewBridge Jobs Plus works one-on-one with students to cultivate their strengths, personality and career aptitude.
Students learn at their own pace. They receive academic assistance, life and professional skills training, career guidance, and counseling to overcome emotional challenges.
NewBridge Jobs Plus is free to area residents ages 16 to 24. Ninety percent of students earn a diploma and 85 percent go on to college, technical school, a job, or the military.
